How to buy a painting.
Most of the paintings I sell are sold directly from home, either through this site or to visitors to our studio and gallery. I´m fortunate to have met nearly everyone who owns one. Painting pictures is my way of communicating my deepest feelings. It´s a personal business and I appreciate this direct contact; after all, each time I sell a painting I´m sharing something of myself. My clients range from the country people who live nearby to presidents and prime ministers.
Buying directly from me is also an inexpensive way of acquiring a painting since there is no commission to pay. But gallery shows are essential for any serious artist and if I publish my prices on the website it would be difficult for me to show in a gallery again. Apart from that, most galleries are run by nice people who need to make a living. So please don’t be put off by the lack of price tags on the site.
